CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia (excluding SA) who purchase a specially marked Lucky Dragon Phone Card with scratch panel on the reverse, which are available at selected outlets in Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. This promotion does not apply to Lucky Dragon electronic prepaid vouchers.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries/claims and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry/claim process or who submits an entry/claim that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. Entrants must purchase any of the 15,001 specially marked Lucky Dragon Phone Cards with a scratch panel on the reverse. The entrant must scratch the panel on the back of the card to reveal what amount of phone credit they have won. Once the individual initially activates their phone card using the instructions on the phone card, their bonus credit instant prize will be automatically preloaded on top of the amount of credit that the individual originally purchased. Standard terms and conditions apply to the use of Lucky Dragon Phone Cards, including redemption of call credits.
5. Only one claim permitted per a winning Lucky Dragon Phone Card. Prize will only be awarded with initial activation and will not apply to subsequent recharges of the Lucky Dragon Phone Card.
6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries/claims.
7. Promotion commences 01/07/05. Promotion closes 11.59pm EDST on 30/11/05 or when stocks of the 15,001 specially marked Lucky Dragon Phone Cards with a scratch panel on the reverse are exhausted, whichever occurs first. All winners will be notified instantly. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Each of the 15,001 specially marked Lucky Dragon Phone Cards with a scratch panel on the reverse will have a value of bonus credits that can be won instantly. Bonus credit instant prizes include:
1 prize of $888 bonus phone credit, which will be randomly distributed to one of the 15,001 phone cards;
500 prizes of a $3 bonus phone credit for entrants who purchase a $38 phone card;
1,000 prizes of a $2 bonus phone credit for entrants who purchase a $28 phone card;
3,500 prizes of a $1 bonus phone credit for entrants who purchase a $18 phone card; and
10,000 prizes of a $1 bonus phone credit for entrants who purchase an $8 phone card.
9. Total prize value is $17,888. Prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
10. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
11. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
12. Instant win Lucky Dragon Phone Cards void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
13. There will be a total of 15,001 specially marked Lucky Dragon Phone Cards printed for this promotion.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
